Our own subprocessors.
We publish this list because we ask everyone else to. It is monitored by our customers and by our competitors, which is the point.
Notice
We give 30 days' notice before a subprocessor is added or replaced. Notice is posted here and emailed to every account. If you object, you can cancel — self-serve, and no retention call.
What changed on 21 September 2026
Sweego and Better Stack were added. Both joined before the service had its first paying customer, so there was no one to give notice to; every change from here on follows the 30-day rule above.
What each one holds
Hetzner holds everything at rest — your account, your vendor inventory, your rules, your alert history and any file the service stores — on encrypted servers in Germany. Stripe holds your billing details and your payment method; we never see or store a card number. Sweego receives each email we send — the recipient's address and the message — for as long as delivery and its delivery logs require. Sentry receives an error's stack trace and context when something breaks, configured not to collect personal data — no request bodies, cookies or IP addresses, and sign-in links and job arguments are scrubbed before the event leaves the application. Better Stack checks that the service is up and publishes the status page; it holds no customer account data, only the address of anyone who chooses to subscribe to status updates. None of them is given access to the data for any purpose of their own.
Five, and only five
This is the whole list. There is no analytics provider, no marketing platform and no data enrichment vendor. The list is short because the architecture is — the service is one application on one provider's infrastructure, with payments, email, errors and uptime each handed to a service built for exactly that.
What is not on this list
The graph dataset is compiled from disclosures companies publish themselves. It contains companies, not people, and no subprocessor of ours touches customer personal data in order to maintain it. Sign-in with Google is not listed either — it is an identity provider you choose to use, not a vendor we send your data to.
Where the data is
Hetzner, Stripe, Sweego and Better Stack are established in the European Union. Sentry is established in the United States, and stores our events in its EU region in Frankfurt; any access to them from the United States relies on standard contractual clauses. Stripe Payments Europe is the contracting entity for European customers, and its onward transfers within the Stripe group are covered by that group's own standard contractual clauses.
